For those who want something a little different from store-bought, mass-produced items, bespoke is the way to go. Having a piece designed exclusively for you, not only helps you stand apart from the crowd, it helps add a touch of luxury and exclusivity to your event. Many of the HBW items are already different and most of those are limited editions, and being handmade, uniqueness is guaranteed.

Even then, you may want something a little more different. Maybe you love one of the styles but it is not available in a colour that matches your scheme? Or you’d like it made bigger or smaller? Maybe you’d like to have a keepsake or sentimental heirloom incorporated into your bouquet or hair accessories? Whatever your need, it can almost certainly be accommodated.

Or go one step further and bring your own designs to life. Have you designed something yourself or have an idea of something unique you’d like created just for you? With a little patience and time, your dream of something that shows off your own amazing personality can be brought to life on what will be one of the most beautiful days of your life.

Is it worth your little bit of patience? Are you ready?

Heirloom Bouquets

I offer a few different levels of bespoke.

Change the *colours : Choose the design(s) you love from the online shop and request a change in the colour to match your wedding theme or colours

*Change the *size: Similarly you can pick your item and ask for custom size to be made

Hair Flowers

Include your own materials: Add a touch of sentiment by requesting to have you own materials incorporated into your chosen design. Add a heirloom brooch from your grandma, a piece of fabric from your Christening dress, a few rhinestone buttons from your friends or a bit of lace from your mother’s wedding dress, just to name a few

Uniquely YOU: Have your item custom made for you from scratch. You like my style but you did not find what you were looking for in my shop? Share your vision with me and I will work with you to make your beloved item including a custom design and size.

*Please note that these options may not be available with some of the designs

It’s in fact much simpler than you may think.

To request a made-to-order item, please send me an email specifying all the details you would like included and your deadline. I will get back to you with a quote and a plan (outline of the project) and ask questions if I need any more information.

A custom folder will be created on this website for you and you will be given access to it. Here you will be able to view all of the inspiration photographs, sketches, and later, photos of your item(s) for approval. You will also be able leave comments to let me know what you think.

If required, once we come up with a project plan / payment plan you are happy with, I will create a custom listing for you detailing the project, which you can check out and pay (Payment plans are only available on orders over £600).

On payment completion, I will reserve a time slot for you and start to process your order. A draft of your item will be made as scheduled and pictures will be taken and uploaded to your custom folder for you to view.

At this stage you may request minor *changes along the lines of the plan you have agreed. You can make up to 3 change requests.

Once your item is completed I will take photos of it from different angles and email them to you. The same images will be uploaded to a gallery in your custom folder. At this stage you can ask for some final tweaks. Once you are happy with your order, I will ship your item and send you a note with tracking number.

*Please note we have to follow the plan agreed on in the beginning, which is detailed in your listing. Only minor changes are accepted.
